TESTIMONIALS ABOUT THE PROGRAM "I was impressed with the innovative work of Senior Leadership Montgomery as they try to connect like-minded individuals who want to make a difference and build a network." - Dr. Gene D. Cohen, Director, Center on Aging, Health & Humanities George Washington University, and Author of the books The Mature Mind: The Positive Power of the Aging Brain and The Creative Age. "The Senior Leadership Montgomery program has been a wonderful experience. I have learned from and enjoyed every session. I am pleased that my husband and I were encouraged to apply. It has been a good shared experience for us and stimulated discussions between us. This is an opportunity that should be shared with many people in Montgomery County." - Sandra Mayo ('03) "Senior Leadership Montgomery is designed to provide seasoned individuals who for the most part are at or near retirement, with an overview of the opportunities available to them to remain active in, and continue to make contributions to, the Montgomery County Community. The exposure, insight and experience is valuable not only in its own right, but I am confident it will serve me well in the future." - James B. Blinkoff ('06) |
